How we tell you
Where we use AI in a way that affects you — for example a chatbot, or AI-generated content — we disclose it clearly: with a transparency notice on the site, a label on AI-assisted content where it applies, and an indication when you’re interacting with an automated assistant rather than a person.
Your rights
Article 50 of the EU AI Act gives you the right to know when you’re interacting with an AI system or viewing AI-generated content. If you have any questions about how we use AI, please get in touch.
